What we are looking for?

**We are looking for a Full stack engineer (AI/ML) to work with a team of smart engineers on a product that we are building as a social and virtual engagement platform. The role involves being hand-on developer on the product to develop systems powered by new gen AI**

• 4-5 years of Software development experience with relevant working experience with backend systems, ML/AI exposure, and other advanced libraries and frameworks.
• Industry experience building innovative end-to-end Machine Learning systems
• Architect, build, maintain, and improve new and existing suite of algorithms and their underlying systems
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong software engineering skills with the proven ability to build, deploy, and maintain a scalable codebase.
• Experience working with remote data using RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, data analytics systems and web technologies is a must
• Experience with LLM models and APIs-
• Exposure to new tools and technologies like LangChain, HuggingFace, Open source LLM models would be great
• Strong affinity for benchmarking and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying applications to the cloud and setting up CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience building container images using tools like Docker is a plus.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies is a must.
• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

What you will be doing?

• Solution Architecting the problems based on evolving product requirements
• Experimentation and research is at the core of what you do. The role involves learning new AI tools, technologies and understanding the landscape to research tools and systems to advance our product development
• Understanding business requirements, preparing the technical architecture and proposing development solutions for the execution along with the team
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses, model development, validation and implementation
• Implementation of User facing RESTful APIs in collaboration with other engineers
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code for our Front-end App and APIs- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Recommend and execute improvements for the software development and software delivery
• Ensure the highest standard of performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• You will be part of a team that builds and operates applications from feature design, development, deployments
• Exposure to the cloud platform and deployment processes on AWS, or Azure is an added bonus
• Exposure to micro-services architecture and container technologies is an added bonus
