Swackit set out with a mission to redefine corporate gifting and merchandising through a seamless, digital-first experience. However, their initial operations relied heavily on manual processes. This included reaching out to clients, custom-designing gift kits with personalized logos, and going through multiple design revisions via email and phone calls.
This traditional approach was not only time-consuming—taking 1 to 2 weeks to finalize each deal—but also required 20 to 30 man-hours from design, operations, sales, and client teams for every engagement.
Determined to build a scalable solution, Sumeet Gupta, Co-founder at Swackit, began researching technology partners that could help automate their workflows. He sought a solution that would reduce the time spent on each project and enhance collaboration between teams.
With a clear vision of a future where clients could easily customize and approve their gifts through a digital platform, he reached out to Tweeny Technologies, known for their innovative offerings in process automation.
When Tweeny Technologies came on board, they quickly identified the main obstacle: a tedious, manual process of customization that often frustrated clients. To tackle this issue, team Tweeny decided to create an innovative web application that streamlined the client journey.
They started with building a self-service client onboarding feature, which enables clients to sign up and immediately explore a variety of ready-to-go kits without any delays.

They added real-time customization within the app, allowing clients to upload their logos and branding assets directly onto digital products while receiving instant previews of their designs. This fast feedback loop eliminated the lengthy back-and-forth process typically associated with design projects.
Next, team Tweeny built a feature to integrate automated quotations and timelines into the system. This helped in providing clients with immediate estimates for costs and delivery schedules, and removed the need for drawn-out negotiations – making the process more efficient and transparent.
Additionally, the custom kit builder allowed clients to choose from pre-designed kits or create their own using available inventory, meeting their specific needs and encouraging greater creativity.

After successfully building a consumer-facing app, team Tweeny developed an innovative admin console for the Swackit team, significantly streamlining their internal operations.
Prior to this digital transformation, managing quotations and coordinating with the delivery and dispersal teams was a cumbersome, fragmented process. With the new console in place, Swackit’s operations team can now efficiently manage all aspects of quotations in one centralized platform.
This not only simplifies workflow but also enhances communication among team members, allowing for real-time updates and reducing the chances of errors. The admin console serves as a powerful tool that digitalizes operations, making processes more transparent and responsive.
As a result, the Swackit team can focus more on delivering value to their customers, knowing they have a comprehensive system backing their every move.
